First, we will be getting into the power rankings of the season and some thoughts on the season so far, looking at stat leaders and stuff like that. And then after that, we'll get into World Cup talk. Because as you know, World Cup is in full swing right now, so we might want to mix it in here with a little bit of the softball because I know a lot of you guys have been watching. And then we'll get into my softball poem. I know last time there was a lot of hate on my poem because you know what? It was on the spot. But this time I sat down, I wrote it down, and no AI, no chat GPT, all 100% me. And we're gonna hear that today as well. And then we're gonna end it off, talk about our last thoughts, and have a little outro for us. And that's that's the that's the events of today. Okay, let's do it, man. You guys are all good for that? Yeah, yeah, sounds good. Okay, well, let's get started. The power rankings. I'm gonna give you guys my power rankings. All we we know the standings, the current standings are Ottomans, first, Abbasids, Mamluks, Nasrids, Ayubids, Sultans, Selyukes, and Mughals as follows. And surprisingly, the Selyukes are not last seed. Isn't that crazy?

Yeah, um, I mean, that team is pretty solid, you know. Uh, I'm looking at like some of their stats right now. I mean, even just their batting, like their team as a whole is batting 491. I mean, that's pretty solid, you know, and they got 53 extra base hits. I mean, that team's a solid team, you know.

I think you know our team is batting, you know, almost close to 500. I mean, I was I'm looking at you know all the teams, you know, top, uh, like top to bottom. Um the spread is like well, like almost like 50 points. It's not that much. So it's it's really anyone's game. And uh yeah, um, it's it's gonna be an interesting second half of the season.

But again, surprising to see them at the top. But without further ado, I'll give you my power rankings and you guys let me know what your thoughts are on it, okay? So if I'm power ranking, first place, I'm actually gonna put I'm gonna put the Abbasids there. Okay. Second, I'm gonna go with the Ottomans. Okay. So a little bit of a switch there. And then third, which might come as a shock to some people, I'm actually gonna put the the Nustrids, because they just came off another 2-0, a 2-0 last week. So they're kind of on the on the up, on the uprise. So I'm going Abbases, Ottomans, Nustrids. They're gonna put the the Mamluks. Mumluks are right there with the Ayubids, four and five, just for the power rankings, not for real standings. I love my team, but I'm gonna call it how I see it. We had a two two losses, two tough losses the last week. So we we we're gonna bounce back. I know we are, but right now, as of now, we kind of fall a little bit in those power rankings. And a U Bids are right there with us, back and forth, I think, with that four and five spot for the power rankings. Then for the six, seven, and eight spots, I'm actually putting this cell Ukes at six. Those two wins, like, you know what? I feel a little bit momentum coming for these guys, and I think they're gonna have a good rest of the season. Mark my words. So you're gonna go to the six, and then I'm going so Than's at the seven, Mugles dead last. I know, I know, and I'm so sorry to say that. Like, you guys have some great players, but like even with the big merch, the big merch, something needs to change for the Mughals. I don't know what it is, but something needs to change, you know.
